Frequently asked questions

What is SIMUB?

SIMUB is a marketplace for temporary SMS and mail activations supplied by external providers.

How does an SMS activation work?

Choose a service and country, reserve a number, enter it in the destination service and read the received code in your SIMUB cabinet.

Does SIMUB also sell temporary mail activations?

Yes. Open the Mail tab in the purchase panel to view temporary mail offers currently available from connected providers.

Why do stock and prices change?

Availability and pricing are supplied by active external providers and can change as their inventory is updated. The current price is shown before reservation.

What happens if no SMS arrives?

If an activation is not completed within the displayed activation window, the activation cost is returned to the SIMUB balance according to the applicable status and terms.

Can a temporary number be used for permanent MFA?

No. Temporary numbers are short-lived and should not be used as the only recovery method for a long-term or sensitive account.
