This document explains how Devlynx LLC processes personal data when operating SIMUB. It should be read together with the Public Offer Terms.

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy and Cookies Policy applies when you visit SIMUB, create or use an account, purchase a temporary SMS activation, rent a number, purchase a temporary mail activation, use the SIMUB API, contact support, or otherwise interact with the service.

Devlynx LLC is the controller of personal data processed for SIMUB. External payment processors and telecommunications or activation providers may act as separate controllers for information they process under their own terms.

2. Data we collect

  • Account and contact data, including email address, account identifier, language and support correspondence.
  • Transaction data, including balance movements, orders, refunds, invoices, selected service and country, provider references, and payment status. We do not store full payment-card credentials.
  • Activation data, including assigned phone number or mail address, activation status, timestamps and received verification content needed to deliver the purchased service.
  • Technical and security data, including IP address, browser and device details, logs, session identifiers, cookie identifiers and anti-fraud signals.
  • API data, including API key identifier, request metadata, usage, responses and error logs.

3. Why we use data

  • Provide accounts, balances, purchases, rentals, mail activations, API access and customer support.
  • Route orders to active external providers, monitor delivery, prevent duplicate charging, and process cancellations or refunds.
  • Secure the service, detect abuse and fraud, troubleshoot incidents, enforce our terms and comply with lawful requests.
  • Measure performance and improve SIMUB. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and may be stopped at any time.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location and the processing activity, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing SIMUB, and consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent prospectively at any time.

5. Providers and other recipients

We disclose only the information reasonably required to providers that supply phone numbers, SMS delivery, number rental or temporary mail services; payment and crypto-payment processors; hosting, analytics, security, communications and support vendors; professional advisers; and public authorities where legally required. A current offer may be fulfilled by a provider located outside your country.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose received verification content for advertising.

6. International transfers

SIMUB and its providers operate internationally. Data may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect transferred data.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, dispute handling, tax and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law. Activation content may be deleted or anonymized sooner than transaction records. Backups and fraud-prevention records may remain for a limited additional period.

8. Cookies and analytics

SIMUB uses essential cookies for sessions, preferences, security and CSRF protection. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand service performance. Browser settings can block optional cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent login or payment functions from working.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may appeal or complain to a competent privacy authority. California residents may request information about collection, correction or deletion and may exercise applicable opt-out rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may verify your identity and may retain information where the law or a valid security, fraud-prevention or contractual reason requires it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport, logging and provider-access limitations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password and API key confidential and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Children

SIMUB is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor supplied personal data so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, provider or product changes. The current version and effective date will remain available at https://simub.com/privacy. Material changes may also be communicated through the account or by email.
