Delete your SIMUB account and data
This page explains how users of the SIMUB website and mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to submit your request
- Email us from the address registered on your SIMUB account.
- Use the subject SIMUB account deletion request.
- Include your SIMUB account email or account identifier. Do not include your password or API key.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Data deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data, contact details, active sessions and API credentials, and activation content that is no longer required to provide the service.
Data that may be retained
Transaction, invoice, refund, security and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required by tax, accounting, legal, dispute-resolution or security obligations. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.
